Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or buyer’s remorse. All plants are living organisms and require specific care.
However, we stand behind the quality of our plants. If you receive a plant that is damaged during shipping or is not as described, please contact our customer support within [number] days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged plant for verification.
If we determine that the plant is damaged or not as described, we will offer a replacement or refund.
